We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners in place.

Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Drop It Off
Drop your package at any authorized mail carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your return within 6 business days of arrival.
